Curried and Roasted Cauliflower Steak

Chef David Burke is known for having an entire vegetarian menu at his many east coast restaurants. This Curried Cauliflower steak is right off of one of those menus and Chef Burke says it's the perfect substitute for that juicy ribeye. “It’s great for roasting or broiling and all kinds of preparations, like a steak,” says Burke. “Also, it lends itself to multiple flavor combinations.” He serves these cauliflower steaks with pickled raisins, marcona almonds and farro grain. Try out his combination or get a little creative with the help of our chefs to create your own unique dish.
